Of course we want you to be satisfied with our products and services. However, you may find that our service was not sufficient. In that case you can report a complaint by filling out the complaints form below.

Your complaint will be registered and you will receive a confirmation of receipt within 5 working days. Our support department will handle your complaint and contact you to find the best solution possible. After this, we will ask you to review our complaints handling.

Hotek is working according to the ISO 9001: 2015 standard. Complaints will be registered and analysed in order to improve our service.

This complaint will be included into our complaint register system after receiving it by mail. You will receive an acknowledgement of receipt within 5 work days. The complaint will be carried on to the concerning department. They will contact you as soon as possible to propose a solution. When the complaint has been settled in cooperation with the concerning department, one of our staff members will contact you to ask you your opinion about the satisfaction of the settlement of your complaint.
